Let's say somehow Marsha Blackburn is the GOP nominee for 2020. What would the election map look like?

She was actually like my number 3 choice for Trump's running mate funnily enough.

She'd likely get the map people expected to happen last year.

285-253. Romney + Florida + Ohio. She wouldn't have the appeal in the Midwest that Trump has so she wouldn't do as well in Ohio or Iowa.

She'd do OK in Virginia, maybe just lose it by a point but Northern Virginia would be too much to overcome.

Her running mate is Kasich to help her in Ohio.

Bernie Sanders/Al Franken: 318 Electoral Votes, 52.1%
Marsha Blackburn/Pete Ricketts: 220 Electoral Votes, 44.9%

Bernie wins the Dem nod, but Blackburn only wins if Trumps gone and Pence is labeled as an "insider", which won't happen. But Blackburn would be the conservatives choice if something happened to Pence. So uh, basically she's a terrible candidate. She

Blackburn/Walker wins Trump 2016 minus PA and MI.

She wins all 50 states plus DC. Who wouldn't vote for someone who "stopped the sale of baby body parts"?
