Here's what I would've thought.

Statewide: Obama+1

County flips from the actual 2012 result:

Hamilton: Romney+2
Sandusky: Romney+3
Ottawa: Romney+1
Wood: Romney+2
Belmont: Obama+1
Monroe: Obama+2
Pike: Obama+1
Scioto: Obama+1
Clark: Obama+1

Hmm, I had Sandusky, Ottawa and Stark as Romney. I had Hamilton as a complete toss-up and had Obama winning statewide by 2%.
