I will sponsor this important bill that will improve the quality of healthcare people receive while making it more affordable for them to obtain prescription drugs. It will also become less expensive for our government to fund entitlement programs while enhancing rather than diminishing the quality of healthcare which will also help cut the deficit.

Given that this bill is promoting Health Responsibility for our citizens, while also having measures to save the Taxpayers money through the Auditing of AtlasCare, which will eliminate Wasteful spending in the program, and will offer improvements to it, I will support this bill if it comes to a vote in it's current form.

I have concerns about the auditing of AtlasCare, in principle it is a good idea to make sure we can approve the AtlasCare system, but we need to make sure it's protected as well.

     There has not been much discussion on this bill, though most of the Senate has had a chance to speak. If there are no comments or questions I can bring this to a final vote in 24 hours.
