If there was a third run between Dan Malloy and Thomas Foley for governor of Connectiucut, would Foley have won this time around? I think yes, but he would have lost to Ned Lamont.

By 2018 it was clear Dan Malloy was a failure and people needed a change no matter what party. Foley would've won, not by a big margin, maybe by about 3 at most, but he would've won.
