Why don't you try doing a little research of your own from expert sources like the CDC?  Is it too much work, or do you just inherently value it less than your own opinions?

No, I’m just extremely skeptical of the pro-vaccination meme that’s been everywhere over the past year or so. It makes me wonder what the elites are going to start putting in vaccines after they make them mandatory.

You doughnut. They're mandatory over here and people aren't showing more signs of autism.

Your government isn’t as evil as ours. It’s the government I distrust, not vaccines.

Be careful! Making sure children don’t die of easily preventable childhood diseases is a cornerstone of the Gay Agenda! It allows us to use gender neutral bathrooms to recruit them when they get older!!!

One of the dumbest things I've ever read.

Let’s not forget this gem:
Sodomy is forbidden in the Bible because it disturbs the digestive and excretioniary system, which is the source of one's feeling of being rooted in reality. When this system (referred to as the root chakra in Hinduism) is disturbed (whether because of indigestion or other means), one is much more open to manipulation by malicious spiritual and worldly forces. Thus homosexual and heterosexual sodomy are normalized by Hollywood and pornography, both of which exist primarily to manipulate the psyche of the masses.

All of this must be understood by both sides of the heteronormativity debate.

I have never heard of a chicken pox vaccine. That's extremely aggressive. I'm pretty sure just about everyone got it the normal way. I got in 2002 and gave it to my siblings. People would miss a week of school in bunches. Don't see any reason to change that.

The vaccine has been available in the U.S. for at least 20 years.

How the hell do West Virginia and Mississippi have better policies on vaccinations than the rest of the country?

The vaccine hadn't been invented yet when your mom got the disease.

Luckily for you it did. Not so much for the small % of kids who died from the chickenpox, just like measles, mumps, and the rest. Thank God we have vaccines for all of those diseases now.

It "worked" for my parents and grandparents to ride in the front seat with no seatbelt when they were small children, but I can't imagine even the most adamant blue avatar here endorsing that for kids today. Technology marches on.

Ok that’s a fair enough point. I plan to vaccinate any children I have because I’m the better safe than sorry type. I’m still suspicious of vaccines links to autism to be honest, but at the same time I’ve seen enough babies being born who don’t wind up autistic after vaccination that I’ve determined it’s a micro risk if a risk at all.

Well no. Our government still likes to disenfranchise minorities and keep refugees in what are essentially modern concentration camps, but I digress. Somehow I think the doctors and scientists who develop and research vaccines I would be more inclined to speak out if something was wrong.

There is some medical debate as to whether or not the effects of a vaccine are as long-lasting for your immune system as having the actual illness itself is. However, there are no studies conclusively proving effectiveness of exposure vs. vaccination one way or the other, so it’s not really medically advisable to do this. However, as vaccines do have times when we know they cease to be 100% effective, we do know when people need to be vaccinated again in order for it to still be effective.
