Alright, my predictions.

Asia will see Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia legalize gay marriage in that order. Several pacific Island nations will most likely be the next in line to legalize homosexuality.

Africa I already said, but Angola and Namibia will legalize gay marriage, followed by Botswana and Lesotho, then followed by Mauritius and Seychelles. Zimbabwe, Ghana, Senegal, Benin, and then finally Liberia will legalize homosexuality.

Europe will see Macedonia legalize gay marriage after Slovakia, with the most likely entrant after that being Albania

Panama, Bolivia, and some island nations will legalize gay marriage or decriminalize homosexuality, topping it off with Venezuela legalizing gay marriage and Guyana with homosexuality.

I don't think any of the bolded countries will legalize gay marriage within the next 50 years. It is particularly unlikely for a 97%  muslim country like Senegal to do it this century, if ever. Sure, they aren't fundamentalists like Northern Nigeria but they aren't even close to being tolerant.

Despite it's recent backslide, I still see Eastern African countries like Kenya or Tanzania legalize it before any Western African country, though they themselves (East Africa) will do it after Southern African countries. An overlooked country in Africa which might legalize it "soon-ish" (by african standards, so in 20 to 30 years) is probably Gabon.

The reason why I highlighted these countries is due to the that they have workable democracies and in Ghana and a lesser extent Senegal have groups on the ground who will legalize homosexuality. Gabon already legalized homosexuality after making it illegal a few years back.

Gay marriage is another question.

If I’m seeing it right looks like their SC fully legalized it at the end of April?

It wasn't the Supreme Court; the courts had previously ordered the government to establish same-sex marriage, but it was the Home Affairs Ministry that in fact established same-sex marriage on April 27. It has been legal since then.

It's in a slightly weird limbo as the government is currently registering same-sex marriages but the Supreme Court has not in fact issued its final opinion, which is expected later this year. However, it would be shocking if the ruling were anything other than to affirm the previous ruling, especially since the government has already started enforcing the ruling.
