Mideast Consitutional Reorganization Proposal
1. Whereas the Mideast Constitution has been amended 11 times, and
2. Whereas the amount of amendments may make the constitution complex to understand,
3. Therefore, let it be resolved that the Consitution shall be reorganized by the process outlined below:
    a. The Governor shall impliment all amendments verbatum into the body of the constitution.
    b. Upon completion of the above process, the Lt. Governor and Superior Court Judge shall inspect the reorganized constitution to analyze the accuracy of the Governor's reorganization process, and shall not approve the constitution for legal implimentation until they are of the opinion that the reorganized constitution carries each and every legal clause aswasin the pre-reorganized constitution.
