If Obama had chosen any of these other eight vice-presidents, which do you think could have done a better job at his or her convention speech?

I say just Edwards, Schweitzer, Clinton, and maybe Sebelius.

Schweitzer.  I LOVED his earlier speech.  He's funny, energetic, and down-to-earth.  So was Biden.  Both of them had GREAT speeches.

That's a truly valid viewpoint.  I think Biden is a better campaigner than speaker and Obama is the reverse, but by no means is Biden actually a bad speaker.  He's given so many thousands of speeches that if he were still bad at conveying the exact emotion he wanted...well, it'd be sad.   But he's at least an above-average speaker.
