He won in Nebraska's 2nd Congressional District, which is 20% of the state's electoral votes (1/5).  Can we thank the Oracle from Omaha?

It changes Obama's electoral count from from 364 to 365

I think you missed the part about how, after it was called by the media, the SoS released a total (of election day voting only, I presume) that had McCain win it after all, Hash.

In the end, Obama won NE-02 pretty solidly. The last ballots were tallied yesterday for an Obama lead of over 3,000 votes, or about 1.5%.
