The last poll before Perot re-entered...Clinton up sixteen!

Perot's re-entry looked to have very little impact on the race...until Perot started gaining steam again, and when Perot got into the teens, Bush gained steam!

Exit polls suggest the Perot voters would have split evenly, and as you showed, Clinton was 16 points ahead before Perot reentered. No way that Clinton would have blown a 16 point lead, and Bush's low approval ratings wouldn't have been any higher with Perot out of the race.
