Considering he has promised to back the Democratic candidate and asks his voters not to go third party, I don't see how he could pull it off.

i would say 1%, right now he is actively campgaining for Kerry, and will be at a Dem fundraiser for Kerry here in NJ later this month.

McCain won't be Kerry's VP because he's going to run as an Independent with Dean as his running mate!

Their cabinet will be:

Secretary of State: Bill Clinton
Secretary of the Treasury: Donald Trump
Secretary of Defense: John Glenn
Press Secretary: Tom Brokaw
