Yes, but it shouldn't matter. The only reason it could have any relevance is if the U.S. got into a conflict with the president's country of origin, which clearly isn't the case here.

The United States accounts for about 6% of the world's land mass.  Odds are 94% then that Obama was born somewhere else and is therefore not constitutionally eligible to be President.  (We know that Obama was born on land because if he was born in the water he would be drownded, and therefore not alive).  We'll never know for sure, of course, until Obama produces the birth certificate.  Emphasis on "produces" because they probably don't have birth certificates in Kenya.  Actually, the real reason that Obama isn't releasing his birth certificate is because his mother was a whore who slept around with a bunch of different men, and where there's supposed to be his father's name there is instead a big "X".

Why settle on the fact that he was born on Earth? The United States is only probably realistically .06% (if there are 100 civilized planets in this Galatic arm- probably the best bet) of all inhabited land in our part of the galaxy.
