I have been following a series of attacks across the nation on Bush headquarters.

The following article gives a brief overview of the developments:

*shrug* It's happening to both sides.  The Kerry HQ is New Orleans has been burned down twice if I remember correctly.  In the end, what can you do?

Oh please!  Grabbing petty cash and pawnable items is what these smash and grab robberies are about, not some shadowy left-wing conspiracy.  The MO here is fairly typical.  Gain entry via a unsecured area and then go through cheap commercial space grade drywall into the adjacent business and grab the goodies without having to worry about the security system on that places windows and/or doors.

Accuse the other side of being the only ones who do it.

Hilarious! There are still union members?  They must all be over 60 years old.

I remember this happened in Bellevue (also in Washington) recently. Probably mentioned in that article.

But they went for the important computers and nothing else so it is hard to argue that it wasn't political.

It's too bad we can't have clean campaigns.

Although MAYBE the Republicans faked it and made it LOOK like they were robbed!!!!!! *GASP*

Someone came by and ripped our sign out of our yard and threw it to the other side of the street.

This wouldn't be surprising if it wasn't broad daylight on a frequently walked street.

Idiots. Just total idiots.

I can't stand people like that.  My brother has a Bush/Cheney bumper sticker on his car.  And some jerk comes by and sticks a liberal sticker over it, I can't remember which sticker.  That kind of stuff drives me nuts though.

I'm a union member, and I'm less than half as old as 60. Fancy that! But I'm one of those pointy-headed government bureaucrats.

Er,

apparently you did not read the full article, which referenced other attacks on Bush headquarters in Orland, Milwaukee, Knoxville, St. Louis, Wheeling (but to name a few).  They have all occured within a two week period.

Two of the attacks included gunfire.

Two of the other attacks (which included destruction of property and injury of workers) were clearly linked to the AFL-CIO (Orlando and Milwaukee).

One or two such incidents in the time period involved would be understandable.

However, the volume of the incidents in the time period involved does form a disturbing trend (unless you find such actions acceptable).

Just a little joke about how relatively rare union members are now compared to past generations.

Yeah, when I was driving through Indiana, my Kerry Edwards Bumper Sticker was ripped off.  Quite depressing Sad
