Probably 3--especially when Frost asks him "By definiton?", and he responds, "Exactly."  And Nixon was a strong supporter of civil rights, so I can't believe that he ever said some of those things.  And remember that he was a Quaker, and they have a long history of fighting for civil rights.  So even if some of his personal views were bigoted (and given the context of the time, those quotes hardly prove that), he wasn't blinded by it in his political life.

Personally, what may be my very favorite Nixon quote wasn't on here:
