Ah, note the dates are in the Month/Day/Year format. The format used in Europe and Kenya would be Day/Month/Year. Also in 1961 it wasn't the "British Protectorate of Kenya", ever since 1920 it had been officially known as "British East Africa, Colony of Kenya".
So the idiot bringing this up submitted it to court under penalty of perjury? I'm going to enjoy seeing his worthless ass locked up. Nice try though Birthers! At least you researched this fraud a bit more than the last one citing the then-nonexistant "Republic of Kenya".
