The American Institute of Physics, through Physics Today, asked the two candidate nine questions on their policies regarding science and technology issues.  The questions are all physics-related (i.e., no stem cell question).

I think one of the more telling things in the responses is Kerry's new-found love of tax incentives.  Basicly, Kerry has taken every tax he has proposed and turned it around to be a tax incentive.  For example, Kerry had proposed a large tax increase on gasoline to discorage consumption.  Now Kerry wants tax incentives for people who buy hybrids.

I had to stop reading (for now) after question 4 due to time constraints.  Just from viewing the remaining 5 responses quickly, I note that Bush tends to have the more detailed responses.  Probably that is due more to the fact that he has been involved with a lot of the issues addressed and Kerry hasn't.

I'll have more to add to this later this evening.

AAAS (American Association for the Advancement of Science) did the same thing.  aaas.org  They tend to be more life science oriented.
