One more thing --- if you were Palin and you had decided 100% that you didn't want the spotlight on your family again and did not want to run for the presidency, but you still wanted to be a celebrity adored by fans throwing money at you....would you make a Shermanesque statement?
I don't think she is since she is an infinitely ambitious woman, but one of the arguments above is that she hasn't denied her interest....well, she'd sell less books and get paid less for speeches if she did!
