What Bush needs to do is to continue his vow for an all-volunteer army as he has said before and convince people that KERRY wants to instate the draft, and mention how Kerry wants to expand the military and that will either mean less defense at home or drafting.  He also needs to continue to let people know that Kerry is for big government and socialist policy, with his healthcare plan, spending plan, tax plan, and defense plan.  Kerry is the real one who wants the draft and never said he wouldn't have one, just that he wants to expand the military.

Hey ... it is 2 years later and guess who wants to expand the military?
