2010 OH US Redistricting plan

Since OH has a Democratic Governor and the controll the House of Representatives. While the Senate is under Republican control. I redraw the Congressional districts which resulted in eliminating 1 Democratic (Kucinich-D) and 1 Republican(Schmidt-R).
1)OH-1(Driehaus-D)- District is entirely in Hamilton County.
2)OH-2(Boehner-R vs Schmidt-R)- Most of the old OH-8 plus the Butler portion of OH-1 and Northern Hamilton portion of OH-2 including Schmidt's home.
3)OH-3(Turner-R)- District is in Montgomery and Northern Warren County.
4)OH-4(Jordan-R)- Loses Auglaize,Champaign,Logan,and Shelby- picks up Ashland from OH-16,plus Counties in the Southern Part of OH-5(Latta-R)- Jordan's home is not in the new OH-4 but most of his district is located their.
5)OH-5(Latta-R)- picks up the Western Lucas County portion of OH-9(Kaptur-D).
6)OH-6(Wilson-D)-picks up Pike and Scioto portions of OH-2(Schmidt-R),and Carroll,Harrison,Guernsey,and Tuscarawas portion of OH-18(Space-D) and loses Mahoning and Northern Columbiana to Ryan(who will represent OH-10).

7)OH-7(Austria-R)- Loses Fairfield,Franklin,Perry,and Ross to OH-8(Space-D) and Clark to OH-15(Kilroy-D). Picks up Champaign,Auglaize,and Shelby portions of OH-4(Jordan-R) plus the Clinton Highland portion of OH-3(Turner-R) and Adams,Brown,Clemont,and Warren portions of OH-2(Schmidt-R). Schmidt-R can also run against Austria if she chooses so.
8)OH-8(Space-D)- Old OH-18
9)OH-9(Kaptur-D)- Picks up the Lorain Portion of OH-13(Sutton-D) and Western Cuyahoga portion of OH-10(Kucinich-D).
10)OH-10(Ryan-D)- Old OH-17.
11)OH-11(Fudge-D)- Picks up the Eastern portion of OH-10(Kucinich-D).
12)OH-12(Tiberi-R)- picks up Union portion of OH-15(Kilroy-D) and Logan portion of OH-4(Jordan-R)- Seat is a safe Republican seat.
13)OH-13(Sutton-D vs Kucinich-D)- This district is more favorable to Sutton-D. Sutton's Summit and Cuyahoga base exists in the new OH-13 plus central part of OH-10.
14)OH-14(LaTourrette-R)- picked up Northern parts of OH-17(Ryan') Summit,Portage,and Trumbull Countiy.

15)OH-15(Kilroy-D)- District is based in Franklin,Madison,and Clark(Springfield)
16)OH-16(Boccieri-D)- picks up the Medina portion of OH-13 going into Kucinich(OH-10) SW Cuyahoga base.
