I'll entertain the first part after I hear some information about what went on there.

The second part is a waste of money we can't afford right now. (even if Bacon King probably deserves it Smiley)

Agree with other Senators. Section 2 is not needed.

We should take the GM's advice into account, because I agree that this bill is woefully inadequate and thought it seemed unusually small at first. So I propose a more comprehensive change that more than cares for the reconstruction effort and those displaced by it. We should not, in any way, try to cut corners when it comes to our own cities and our own people.

Support, I didn't crunch the numbers correctly and wanted to use that as the bare minimum.

I call on my regional Senator to introduce an amendment that payments be withheld until New Mexico has been transferred to the Midwest peacefully and with the Pacific's consent, and to vote against the bill if such a provision is not included.

This is my opinion too. I can't support it when New Mexico isn't transferred to the Midwest.

This proposal had a majority of 90% in the Midwest Ratification Voting Booth. As Midwest senator, I feel bound by that decision. If that is not included unfortunately I have to vote against the New Mexico Reconstruction Bill.

You also voted strongly that you wanted Idaho and Utah. Should we just hand those over too?

I oppose efforts to transfer New Mexico to the Midwest region.

I also hereby open a vote on this amendment (ignoring the others since this incorporates what they wanted too) so please vote Aye, Nay, or Abstain.

As the Pacific Senator, I can't authorize the violation of the integrity of the Pacifican territory.

Considering that the only offensive action taken by the tiny paramilitary group in question was to blow up one building, this is either laughable or an attempt to cover up serious damage caused by out-of control federal soldiers.

I take it this is to be written off against the national debt too?

Afleitch hates New Mexico. Wink

Edit: Honestly, someone who votes for all kinds of spending programs and new government agencies, but you take some silly stand on spending on a bill that's meant to go to a state's reconstruction? Shame on you.

NAY

If New Mexico remains in the Pacific and not have the chance to go to Midwest every cent is just a waste of taxpayers' money.
