Jan Brewer is going down in a primary in AZ and I don't think WY is going to go democrat.  The rest are fine.

Now that Bill White is running for governor I would call texas a toss up, Hutchinson can beat him, but against white I think perry would be screwed

I don't think Perry would be necessarily "screwed" against Bill White, but Hutchison would win the general much more easily than Perry.

Unfortunately, a Perry-White race would be a tossup, even though Governor Goodhair is a complete failure. I might even give the edge to Perry. It'll be interesting to see what polling looks like for the race.

Also unfortunately, Kay Bailey probably won't win the primary thanks to the crazies that make up the Texas GOP.

Democrats have lost every statewide office in Texas since 1998.
In 1993- Kay Bailey Hutchinson-R won Lloyd Bentsen's US Senate Seat.
In 1994- Ann Richards-D lost the Governors Race to George Warmonger Bush
In 1998- Democratic Lt Governor Bob Bullock and Attorney General Dan Morales retired- They were suceeded by Rick Perry and John Cornyn. Comptroller John Sharpe gave up seat to run for Lt Governor- lost- suceeded by Republican.
In 2002- Democrats had a strong Statewide Ticket in Texas- Tony Sanchez for Governor, Ron Kirk US Senate, Bill Sharpe -LT Governor, and Kirk Watson-Attorney General- All lost.

I think Kasick is now even with Strickland as to winning that OH governors race.

I think mcInnis, Kasick, and Branstand all have an even chance of winning now.

Strickland is no longer the heavy favorite
