Y'know what he's doing when he's dragged himself north of Oxford and been told the way to Liverpool (no Boris... Liverpool isn't on the east coast... no Boris it's nowhere near Hull...)?

A radio phone in.
He's going to spend a long time being verbally abused by (understandably) irate scousers for public amusment.

What is it with people that went to Eton and inflicting pain on themselves for amusment?

How many M.P's do the Tories have in Liverpool? None (but until 1964 they won a majority of seats in L'Pool come election time, and as recently as 1979 won two seats in the City)
How many Councillers do the Tories have in Liverpool? None (but they controlled the council within living memory)
