Brief Biography: Born into a well-off upper-class family in Chamberlain, studied law at the University of Stovesby before becoming a mildly-successful lawyer in Chamberlain. Moved to the developing coastal areas of Saint Michael in 1940 or so, and became a top leader within the ward's Conservative association. Was elected councillor for Chamberlain in the late 1940s or so.
Other: Rabidly anti-communist, he tried in the past to have prominent Socialists in his ward arrested for 'communist activities' and likes to call the MSP the "Communist Party".
