Name: Shaun Walsh
Age: 35
Party: Liberal
Address: Soult
Place of Birth: St. George
Occupation: Professor of Politics
Other: moderate Catholic
Brief Biography: Shaun Walsh is a decedent of Irish Catholic merchants who migrated from Dublin to Stovesby following Catholic Emancipation, though as his name indicates, they too were Welsh migrants to the island, at some point.  His father, Brian, remains an upper-middle class merchant in the St. George ward (he owns a smoke shop).  His mother, Mary, was killed during The Blitz.  His family has been with the Liberal Party since moving to England, and he remains a loyal member.  Walsh served one year with the Red Devils during the Second World War; his first major action was in Operation Market-Garden.  After the war, he attended the University of Edinburgh, for his entire academic career, and has taught classes at the local university for three years.  This is his first term as a Councilor.

It said three important ones but I don't see where it said I have to join.

It would be kinda hard to be in the "Constitution" Party of a country that doesn't have one, don't you think?  Plus, this is England, parties mean even more there than they do here.
