This bill has enough votes to pass. Senators have 24 hours to change their votes.

Is Section 1 is saying than Government Official can't receive a credit or a deduction who is refused to a government employee because of his income?

I'm opposed to that, credit and deduction shouldn't be refused because some in the government are winning too much money.

I'm still asking the question!

Is someone is listening in the Senate?

With four Ayes,  two Nays and one Senator not voting, the bill has passed and I present it to the President for his signature.
