A continuation of the same questions for 2008 and 2009.

Very useful for this task, particularly for gerrymandered areas, is Google Maps with districts superimposed: http://www.govtrack.us/congress/findyourreps.xpd.

For me:
CA: 26, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 46
VA: 8, 10
DC

I should note that MN-6 was purely by accident and I was only in there for about a minute. I was trying to meet my parents at their friends' house in Coon Rapids (MN-3) but took a wrong turn and ended up in Andover. Also I did nothing in IA-4 except drive into a small town and get gas and a drink. Not really big on traveling so far this year obviously.

I'm trying to make a list of state legislative districts, but it's kind of tricky.

People barely care about the US House districts that others have been to, so spare yourself the time and effort.  You won't regret it.
