International House of Pancakes?

Of course, I've never been, but it doesn't sound too bad. It's not fancy or anything, but if you have a relaxed, fun attitude towards dating it sounds like it could be fun.

Obviously, they aren't exactly fine dining, but it's a very nice little chain.  I've been to IHOP in several states in different parts of the country, and it's hardly McDonalds.

I actually went to an IHOP post-prom with my prom date, on her suggestion.  We had a good time.  I suppose I have slightly more romantic views of IHOP than most Americans due to that experience, but it's hardly a dump by anyone's standards.  If BushOK keeps with his diet, he could have had an excellent salad...or he could have had chocolate chip pancakes.    Which was it?

Nope.  Not related... Anyway, the date went great and we decided to go a hole-in-the-wall type diner in NE Oklahoma County in the town of Jones.  We came back and played a couple games of UNO and then talked with her mother for a little while and watched the end of LOST season premier.  Friday, we're thinking about going to see a movie together, do something different for us.

Btw I've been with[ish] a girl for almost 3 years and we talk almost every day too.  She'd punch me [or run away] if I tried to throw a ring at her any time between now and the next 4-5 years though.

I have met my match on advanced planning.  Susan has officially beaten me to the punch on Christmas 2010 planning.  I normally don't get started until Father's Day in June, but she's more than a month ahead of me.  She gave me her first idea for Christmas over this past weekend and we are still 6 months until Thanksgiving.  So, I guess this is going to an advanced planning family!!  Next thing you know we'll plan our first anniversary right after our wedding.

OK, people.  I know quite a few of you (myself included), disagree with BushOK on this.  However, I will not smile on you guys constantly harping on this issue all the way from now until April.  It ruins the entertainment value of this thread (the vacation to Branson, MO is still my favorite) when every other post is "did you f**k her yet?  Why aren't you f**king her yet?"

If you want to make sure your American flag is made in America, and want a special flag, contact your Congress(wo)man.  The House and Senate offices sell very reasonably-priced American flags that have been flown at the US Capitol.
