Samuel J. Tilden manages to beat Rutherford B. Hayes in 1876. He removes all federal troops from the South, passes civil service reform, and lowers tariffs. The Republicans nominate Ohio Senator John Sherman to run against Tilden in 1880. Everything else stays the same. You pick the VPs. How would this election turn out? Discuss, with maps.
