     I was thinking of this for an amendment to the Food For Thought Bill:

Replace the current text of section 3 with:

3. Failure to comply shall result in:

3a. A $250 fine for a first-time offense.

3b. A $2,500 fine for a second-time offense.

3c. Forfeiture of any sales made without aforementioned information being available for a third-time offense.
