This is where the new legislation is first posted, and where matters such as the speaker of the Legislator will be determined.

So, who wants to be the Speaker?

Here is the new bill I created:

The Freedom to View Classic Network News Act

1.   All local Broadcast Network affiliate stations must let anyone who is interested view anything the person wants from the stations archives. The inside viewing of a broadcast will be free, but the person must pay a Ten Dollar per hour fee if the broadcast is to be taken out of the archives.

2.   The Vanderbilt News Archives, as well as any other news archives located in the south will no longer charge exorbant fees to buy a copy of a news broadcast. The person buying the broadcast will have to pay for shipping however.

3.   Each of the major state universities in the south will have the option to  create new archives to keep their own recordings of network newscasts. The same rules for the other archives will apply to the new ones. The funding for the archives will be through private donations

I introduced the Budget bill due to it's importance. Next will be either the Age of Consent Act or the  Imperial Registrar Protocol Bill

Aside from bringing up the budget bill first, my other big request is to bring up the SOIL bill last. Should we pass that, I want to put together everything we've passed pertaining to the standing orders & discuss further modifications & expansions to them. There's a great deal that is written down but not implemented or implemented but not written down. Just now we had confusion over who should conduct the announcements of candidacy for Imperial Speaker.

I agree with you on that, it's just simple modifications on the standing rules. We should be able to get more accomplished now

Amendment to the IDS Constitution

Article II:

9. In case of a situation where one or two members of the IDS legislature seats are empty, The Viceroy can participate as a member of the legislature to achieve quorum. The Viceroy can also do the basic legislative actions that the members are allowed to do.
