Sagging Pants Ban Act of 2012
1. Sagging pants, jeans and shorts is now prohibited on the all IDS territory including Puerto Rico.
2. Those who were caught on sagging pants, shall be fined for 2000$.
3. Those were caught on this second time, shall be sentenced for one month of public works.

Protecting the Free Speech in Education Act

1. The act hereby bans any so-called "free spech zones" and "safe spaces", that in one way or another restrict consitutional free speech rights, on the university and college campus territories.

Substitute Teacher Background Check Act

1. Anyone applying for the substitute teacher position (including parents of the schoolchildren) must undergo a mandatory background check in order to be eligible for it.
2. Background check includes past criminal offences and mental health check.
3. Local school district education boards and police deparments/sheriff offices are responsible for conducting the checks.
