If George W. Bush would have lost Florida in the recount, he could have contested Oregon which he lost by 0.44%, Wisconsin 0.22%, Iowa 0.31%, and New Mexico 0.06%.

I believe that we might have been recounting for quite some time if Florida hadn't gone W's way.

Would this scenario have been possible?
