Two people who had been Senators for a month at the time of declaring (assuming Rubio even wins) versus the President of the United States...

You do realize that Rubio will have had to announce his candidacy the day he took office as Senator, right?

So, basically Obama would have been running against a state legislator and an eye doctor...
