In celebration of Nepal allowing same-sex marriage, I vote Kathmandu, even if KL is nice enough (although all I can remember of it is a midnight taxi ride).

As much as it is the opening to the underworls and full of pretentious wankers, I have to vote Sydney.

Don't let any other Melburnian know I said this, but...it's actually quite lovely, and the harbour is unbelievably beautiful.

Neither particularly appeals, but i'll vote Jakarta because I expect a rush of "OMG Tibet is soooo awesome and totally rad and Lhasa is exactly like it was 50 years ago and isn't actually mainly just another Chinese city at all" votes.
