If Feingold is in a tough race against next to nobody, you know there is something out there in the water this election cycle. And there is Murray. If she goes down, I will have to rethink my theology.

Yeah, Feingold is in a virtual tie with a no-name businessman that entered the race just a couple of days ago. Who wouldn't believe that?

His credibility is on the line here. He better not wimp out as we get closer to the election like he has in some of the other recent races.

The GOP always seems to be close in WI, but they can't ever seem to get over the top.  Will this race be the one that maybe does it? 

Feingold has never been reelected there by more than 11 pts anyhow, with 55% being his strongest performance in 2004.
