The Jews had lived there long before the Arabs had, and there was a large Jewish population anyway. If you have a problem with immigration, why don't you join the Republican Party?

Who cares if the Jews lived there thousands of years ago? Certainly doesn't entitle them to any land in today's world.

And as for the Jews who were living there before the Zionist movement really caught on, they were living there pretty peacefully weren't they? Why couldn't have that arrangement continued even if there was greater Jewish immigration in later years?

And wtf is this about me not supporting immigration? As I specifically mentioned in the post above yours, I would not care if Jews mass migrated there. Setting up a Jewish state and excluding/stealing land from Arabs is what I disagree with. If Jews just lived there and didn't try to create their own country, things would be much, much better.

Maybe it would have been possible to have some sort of Jewish-Arab state, if not for the Arabs attacking Israel.

Or maybe if said Jewish State did not take away the Palestinian's land.

LOL what? So Israel first steals land and becomes powerful, then they want to negotiate? Pretty dick move, I would say.

There already was a culture of Jewish/Arab coexistence in that land before the crazier zionists moved in and tried to establish a Jewish state. That was the right time to create a Palestinian state of Jews as well as Arabs.

Here's a compromise. How about Jews and Arabs both live there peacefully under Turkish rule?

It's a good idea. Things were calmer there when the Turks ruled Palestine.
