Ideally, Iraq won't exist in a few years.

Eventually, sure.  This question means little without a time frame.  6 months?  Doubtful.  A decade, probable.

In the mean time we should all work on who we will blame for it if/when it does happen.

No. Sectarian tensions already peaked in 2006/2007.

No, probably not. Wouldnt be surprised if there was though. The whole thing is completely artifical. There is no real Iraqi nationality.

Sectarian violence has already peaked, and the united states has decided that it will keep 50,000 thousand troops their in order to ensure embassy protection while continuing to train their army. These two things are standard procedure and both are done in other countries as well.

Furthermore, what was needed was mainstream Sunni Arabs to view Al-Qaeda as a menace as opposed to their community's protector. This will lead to a breakdown in Shi'ite bloc voting, implying a normalization of voting patterns and a balance between secular and religious. At this point Kurds and Sunni Arabs jockey to make the more favorable Shi'ite bloc kingmaker.

This is more or less being accomplished.
