THE WHAT IS UP ACT OF 2010

WHEREAS, I haven't a clue what the the governor has been doing since his election.
AND WHEREAS, You probably don't either.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That, Once a week on Sunday, or Saturday if the Governor cannot make it on Sunday, the Governor shall address the Alțing in the Universal Alțing thread to inform us of what he has been doing for the Midwest, if anything, for the past week.

AND THAT, Failure to do so on the proper schedule will result in public shaming.

This act shall come into force once agreed to by the Alțing.

Columbus Day is officially abolished in the Midwest Region.

Does this mean I wouldn't have got a 3-day weekend?
