Midwest Very Snob Order of Precedence Act

1. The Midwest Region shall use following order for ceremonial purposes
2. The order have just a ceremonial and symbolic meaning. It's doesn't reflect the chain of command nor line of succession
3. The order is as follows:
a. ican'tunderstandwhyitwasformerlyknownasverinandwhatthehellisverin
b. ican'tbelieveitwasn'tformerlyknownasverin
c. Regional Senator
d. ican'tbelievei'mpresidingoververin
e. Former ican'tunderstandwhyitwasformerlyknownasverinandwhatthehellisverin
f. Former ican'tbelieveitwasn'tformerlyknownasverins
g. Former Regional Senators
h. Former ican'tbelievei'mpresidingoververins
i. Citizens in order of registration
4. That's ceremonial snob stuff, we're still equal

Nice to know that we'll have a plan if someone blows up the Capitol during the State of the Union address.

I don't drink but I'm not going to stand in the way of people who want to. And time is of the essence here. It's already  July 31.

SMASH FASCISM ACT

1. Deport all Southeasters.
2. Build a wall on the Midwest-Southeast border.
3. Angry

I am also troubled by the recent events in the Southeast (Or whatever it's called now).
And if we contact the Mideast and trade Elation (OK) for WI we won't have to build a wall.

New Regional Feline Act
1. In light of Fritz' position on chief executive titles, the Regional Feline Act of September 2009 is repealed.
2. Percy (from Sinfest) shall be the new Regional Feline.

Too drastic and premature.

And why should Fritz the cat have to suffer for the actions of Fritz the Midwest citizen?

Stop The Trolls Bill

Every Midwesterner can make only 5 Proposals per month in the Midwest Universal Alþing.

Bump with all remaining older stuff that dosen't have signatures.

We stucked!

What if someone has 6 great ideas in a month? Or a week?

Compromise Seal of Approval Act
Seeing as a narrow majority of Midwesterners opposed Crazy Seal because ilikeverin was scared of him,
and as a large minority of Midwesterners oppose Bland Seal because he is bland and corporate and unmidwestern,
Seal of Approval shall be the region's new official seal.

End of Columbus Day Act

Columbus Day is officially abolished in the Midwest Region.

Does this mean I wouldn't have got a 3-day weekend?

I love and will support an idea.

However, after we almost experienced an anarchy after what Sewer did, I strongly insist to include a following amendment:

Althing shall also elect Deputy Prime Verin, who'll be in charge of presiding over the Althing and performing executive duties of Prime Verin, when Prime Verin is absent or otherwise unable to pefrom her/his duties. In a case of vacancy, Deputy Prime Verin shall become Acting Prime Verin, until new Prime Verin can be elected by an Althing.

This is the problem with the Midwest, We're already perfect so no one feels to need to propose any changes. Wink

With that said any ideas would be welcome.

I'm thinking the basics. Education, Infrastructure. Maybe a high speed rail between St. Paul and Salt Lake City.

Ooh, high speed rail!  I'm not sure St. Paul to SLC would be the most profitable route, though.  What do you guys think would be?  Could we get a study or something?

EDIT: I found a website!  I say we do Minneapolis -> Des Moines -> Omaha -> Kansas City (Enthusiasm, o/c)... then perhaps west to Denver?

Can we have it dip south after Kansas city? I'd like Oklahoma City to get in on this.

Prime Verin For One Day Act

Each first Friday of every month, the Prime Verin of our beloved Verinocracy is required to temporary had over all powers and duties of the office to the randomly selected Midwest citizen, who would enjoy these powers and duties for an entire said day.

The method of an random selection shall be a lottery.

---

We can have our own cool tradition, just as King for One Day in Ancient Babylon, just without killing the dude at the end Grin
