47% and it's only cost her $47 billion dollars.

I guess I shouldn't pass judgement.  Spending the entire $80 mil on television ads and not campaigning otherwise was a favorite strategy of mine in President Forever.

Well, it looks like Brown who didn't get a primary challenge should of gotton one, he wasn't the safe bet Dems were looking for after all.

Who else do you think would have done better?

And again, its worth noting that right now Brown has been out-spent about 85 million to around 4 million. He has around 30 million on hand, and the public sector unions will pour another 30 - 40 million into this race by the end. Whitman may be reaching the point of diminishing returns judging from her favorables. Though to be fair, in California it seems politicians are lucky to have any sort of positive numbers.

I am thinking that Whitman and Boxer are going to win in November.  Just a hunch.

Feinstein, though she might not have wanted another executive office after her miserable experience as Mayor of San Francisco, where she faced a serious recall attempt. Newsom would be steamrolled by Whitman. I am not sure about Villaraigosa, but no way he would be doing better than Jerry Brown.

With the amount of money Whitman is spending, no Democrat would have been a safe bet.  This was gonna be a close race no matter what.

I still think JB pulls it out.

Brown really isn't spending money.
