It's easy to calculate. Take 538 (the number of electors) and divide it by 100 (total percentage of votes cast). Multiply the quotient by the percentage of total votes a candidate recieved in the election. if the number in the tenths place is a 1 to a 4, round
down to the next whole number. If the tenths place has a 5 to a 9, round
up to the next whole number. The result is the most proportional way to elect presidents with just 538 electoral votes. Try it yourself and upload pictures if you can!
