It's a junk uni poll.

FTR, Others is at 1% and Undecided is at 17% - not 8%.

And there are 453 Likely Voters.

So, we have 2 polls now with a tightening. PPP`s poll was conducted entirely after the Palin endorsement on July 20, the WMUR poll was done in part before that. That might explain the difference. But Palin certainly didn´t help Ayotte in the GE.
