Terry McAuliffe always struck me on TV as being something akin to a 19th century travelling carnival snake oil salesman.

Even when what he said seemed reasonable and likely to actually be the truth I always felt he was lying to me.

Just a little to "used car salesman" sleazy for my tastes.

Gilespie over at the RNC is not great, but he at least seems to be a sincire spinner.

Thery're both pro-corporate bastards,  it's just that Gilespie is a fascist, and fascists are better at organization.

Terry McAuliffe should have been ousted after the 2002 election. Why he was kept around is anybody?s guess.

I hope he sticks around... I like his record! Smiley

We'll start a group of Republicans for keeping Terry McAuliffe and nominating Hilliary Clinton in 2008. :-)

Not happening.
Obama/Spitzer 2008!
