I am sorry that I have been so slow. The moves will be sent in tomorrow or the day after that. Right now I am doing my best to get an annoying essay finished. Two more pages ...

Sorry for the delay. My combat moves have now been sent to Gustaf. I promise to be much faster on my next turn. I have had an unusually stressful period the last few weeks.

The German Atlantic submarines struck against the unprotected transports outside Canada. With both sides laughably incompetent the battle dragged on for an eternity until the woefully inept German subs inexplicably keeled over.

In the Mediterranean, German naval and air forces wiped out the British force, but not without losing half of their involved fighters.

On the landfront the Germans threw everything and the kitchen sink at Karelia and swept the Soviet defenders off the face of the Earth in no time.

Germany regrouped after the bloodbath, shipping units to Algeria, shoring up Ukraine and gathering air force in Norway.

It is now United Kingdom's turn! You have 30 IPC to spend.

I feel sorry for Bullmoose - he suffered a lot of bad luck this round. The remnants of the British Mediterranean fleet, supported by the RAF bomb wings, counter-attacked the German navy in Western Mediterranean. The rest of the RAF combined with Canadian and British naval and land forces to liberate Norway. The naval battle ended in bitter defeat with the British forces wiped out. The attack on Norway also turned ill-fated - with both sides reduced to nothing the province would stay in German hands. In the Far East the RAF struck against the unprotected Japanese transports fleet off Shanghai, wiping it out, and the ANZAC forces captured New Guinea.

The British built a new factory in India and further strengthened the home navy, while also drawing together their colonial forces in Egypt and India.

I want to applaud the speedy PMing from most of you. Smiley

Japan launched to major land offensives against China and India. In China, the Japanese air support failed miserably in affecting the well dug in Chinese troops but, this turned out to not matter much as the numerous Japanese ground forces quickly overran the Chinese positions, while incurring only light casualties.

In India, the Japanese were utilizing only a weak land force but with considerable air support. After some initial skirmishing where both sides suffered light losses the Japanese forces cautiously withdrew to Indochina. They had tested the British resilience and were likely to be back.

Outside Hawaii, Japanese naval and air forces combined to wipe out the American naval forces there, although the Japanese submarine fleet was lost in the process.

The Japanese gathered their Southern naval and air forces off the coast of Indochina, while the Northern fleet menacingly surrounded Hawaii. More troops were shipped from the homeland to guard the newly developed industrial complex in Manchuria, where they were joined by most of the Japanese airforce. On the scattered Japanese islands, infantry moved around staring menacingly out at the sea (yes, that was a real order Wink)

The Americans attacked the Japanese navy outside Hawaii. The battle was 50-50 oddswise, but the allies had insanely bad luck again and lost everything while killing a destroyer.
