Not sure what point your poll is trying to make.
Anyway, yes, I think electoral fusion would be a good thing, particularly in a state like California. However, there are very good arguments against it, which were used when fusion was abolished here in the 1950s: it limits the choice of the electorate, and it puts too much power in the hands of primary voters at the expense of the general population.
