The KY3 Missouri State University Poll was conducted from August 7th to 22nd, with a scientifically selected random call sample using Random Digit Dialing (RDD) of 785 registered voters in Missouri, 717 of whom were determined to be “likely” voters in the November election. Following Gallup’s general approach, we report poll responses for all registered voters in our call sample. We included an oversample of residents in the 4th, 7th, and 8th U.S. Congressional Districts to assess public opinion on House races there. The poll was conducted through the Center for Social Sciences and Public Policy Research on the campus of Missouri State University, under the supervision of poll director Brian Robert Calfano, Ph.D.

Huge MOE and tiny sample sizes. Not useful.

They sound accurate, though.  Skelton's very popular, the 7th is heavily GOP, and the 8th has moved very hard towards teh GOP in the past 10-15 years.
