Forces in New York, attack Pennsylvania until General Bacon King's forces have been reduced to 1.

Once BK's forces in Pennsylvania have been crippled to 1 battalion, tactical move all remaining forces in New York to Vermont.

I hadn't thought of that, BK, but it's a good point.

Continue with that initial plan, Joe, and attack with the goal of reducing BK's forces to one. If I accidentally demolish everything and take the state, wait for further orders after my attacks.
