2008: Bill Richardson/Brian Schweitzer vs. Rudy Giuliani/Tom Ridge


Though even then, I think Giuliani could carry Wyoming and Idaho, just closer.

Why on earth would Richardson lose his fairly Democratic home state to a New York Republican?

I agree with those who say this map doesn't make sense in any modern election. If it was a pre-modern election, then it might make sense as a 1900 map with Bryan not advocating silver to win some pacifist NE states. That's all I could give you.
