as an easley voter in 2000, i can safely say that easley has lost my vote this time around with his latest comment.

as ive said before, easley is the roy barnes of 2004.

I would have voted for Easley, but over the course of the campaign I have moved into the Ballantine column. Ballantine hasn't really won me over, I have just lost confidence in Mike Easley.

If I had only been born 4 months earlier I could have voted in this election!

Ah.. looks like Easley beat Ballantine fairly easily Smiley

Mike Easley (D) 55%

Ballantine (R) 43%

Howe (I) 2%

...it would be nice if he ran in 2008 but he proably won't, well here's hoping for Blanche Lincoln or Mark Warner.
