The Strib poll sometimes has a DFL bias.. though I distinctly remember it being correct in the '06 senate race when the GOP had dismissed it as being incredibly off for polling a 15-20 point lead for Klobuchar (she won with a hair under 20% margin).

So, I think the race is closer than this poll presumes, but it is encouraging that at least in a Strib to Strib comparison, Dayton hasn't lost much ground at all in the past two months.
